Battlefield 4 FPS Config/Mouse Acceleration Fix

1. Make sure battlefield 4 is closed.

2. Put user.cfg in \Origin Games\Battlefield 4

You may want to open user.cfg and change the MaxVariableFPS to 120 or 200, my screen is 144hz afterall.

3. Put PROFSAVE_profile.File in \Documents\Battlefield 4\settings

4. Adjust your sensitivity in the test range, you will might need to use a different one then before the fix.
